Jolene has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, specializing in sales, product development and procurement. Her passion for travel has taken her to every continent except Antarctica, which remains on her bucket list. Now living in New York, Jolene is excited to use her expertise to welcome travelers to the city – as well as to BTSQ’s other destinations – and share her love for exploration.
