  • Warm Welcome: Begin in Chef Darin’s professional teaching kitchen, where he and his Sous Chef greet you for a private culinary session.
  • Hands-On Cooking: Don an apron and dive into the Lowcountry menu of your choice, guided by Chef Darin’s expertise in a kitchen built for teaching.
  • Culinary Creation to Completion: With state-of-the-art tools, appliances and an overhead monitor, follow each recipe step-by-step until your masterpiece is ready to savor.

  • The duration of the class is three and a half (3.5) hours.
  • This class is offered all year round, seven (7) days a week except Christmas Day.
  • All stops, timing and inclusions of the class are dependent on traffic and weather conditions.
