Follow Paul Revere’s famous route, as he made his way from Boston to Lexington and Concord to warn the citizens that the British were coming. Stop at the Lexington Battle Green, where the first battle of the American Revolution took place. Then, follow the trail of the “minutemen” to Concord where they fired the “shot heard round the world”. A stop at the Minuteman National Park and the Old North Bridge are included. Concord was also known as a literary center with residents such as Louisa May Alcott, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Nathaniel Hawthorne, and Henry David Thoreau. You will also pass by their houses during this tour.
