Yes, change is in the air. It is refreshing, even with a mask on.
2021 will usher in changes in how we operate our business, how we live our personal lives, and for me, how I adjust to a new job. As of this New Year, I am happy and proud to accept the position of General Manager at Beyond Times Square.
It’s a change to which I’ll have to adapt. I’ve never worked remotely before, but given the current situation I, as well as our staff and many of you, will do the best we can. The upshot is we’re all learning how useful new tech tools, like Zoom and Teams, can keep us connected.
Changes are coming as well to Beyond Times Square. We’re working on upgrading our internal systems to present you with the tools you need so you can provide your clients with the exceptional products we offer.
We’re committed to arranging bespoke tours in New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston – and other destinations. Our Group Department is open and ready to help you plan one-day and multi-day group tours in the summer and fall of this year, and into 2022. We’ll offer some exclusive events that will thrill your clients (stay tuned!).
As for me, I’m bringing over 40 years of travel industry experience to Beyond Times Square. I’ve worked in both retail and wholesale environments, so I understand what’s important to you. I will be visible – perhaps only virtually for a bit of time – and I will be reachable. My email address is [email protected], and I’d like to know how Beyond Times Square can better serve you and your valued clients. Take a few minutes, say hello, and tell me how this past year has changed you, like it changed me.
