Bio:
After being a stay-at-home mom for years, Lidia decided to go back to college. Unsure of the direction she wanted to go, she completed an evaluation to see what career path would be a good fit. The winner was the hospitality field – which comes as no surprise to those who know her and her passion for the travel industry! – and after many years in various positions across several New York City hotels, Lidia arrived at Beyond Times Square which has been her home since 2018.

Lidia partook in our Manhattan Highlights experience with Rita – one of our expert tour guides. Being a New Yorker, she said you think you’ve seen and know everything. But when you stop and enjoy the city and your surroundings instead of walking around with blinders on and when you hear the history of where you are standing, you see the city completely differently – and you want to share the history with others.
Favorite Thing About Being a Part of the Beyond Times Square Team:
“My position – my duties as an Experience Designer. I love being able to share my enthusiasm for the city – especially with first-timers. And I love to give them a variety of options and see which gets their attention then build them a “wow” experience around their passions and interests. And of course, with guests who have been to the destination before – I love creating experiences for them that they would’ve never thought to do on their own!”
