Cooking Lesson and Dining
Experience: (Duration: 2.5-3 hours)
Classically-trained Belgian Chef Paul Vandewoude, formerly of Le Zinc in Tribeca and Tartine in the West Village, and Chef Sui Lon Chan teach professional techniques and share their most popular recipes in hands-on sessions. Learn tips of the trade while preparing recipes, and then dine together at the end of each class. Expand your skills and knowledge, learn new techniques, and gain confidence in the kitchen. All classes are hands-on! Work with fresh seasonal farmers’ produce and other healthful ingredients to prepare gourmet meals in a relaxed setting.
